MMA vs. Martial Arts
I just watched Dana White on his VLOG talking about how martial arts and mma started in Asia.  What people don’t talk about is that MMA is a sport.  Martial Arts was created for self defense and real combat.  There is a big difference.  Don’t get me wrong, I am a huge MMA fan.  You can tell if you follow my blog.  But don’t be mistaken - MMA is the sport of martial arts.  True...
